To run SuiteBox, you will need:
1. An ADSL, VDSL, fibre optic, 3G or 4G connection.
2. A dedicated connection that supports at least 1.0 Mbps download and upload speed. You can test this now by clicking the following link:
This process may take up to two minutes, and the page may automatically refresh multiple times.
3. A packet loss of not more than 3% for audio/video meeting and not more than 5% for audio-only to maintain acceptable meeting conditions. You can test it here (go to "Expected Call Quality" section):
The first section of the Pre-call test checks for Hardware (Audio/Video) and Software (Browser compatibility). The second section tests for connectivity - whether or not you are blocked by internal firewalls. Four green ticks means you are all good and have no firewall blockers. The third section checks for your expected call quality. Ideally, you want to see Video and Audio quality as Excellent. If any of the sections indicate you are not set up correctly, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
For best meeting experience, it is advisable to have 0.5% packet loss at most.
3. A connection of suitable quality. A poor quality connection may cause issues with video or audio, and may prevent the display of documents. This may be caused by wireless interference, high network traffic, or an issue with your internet service provider. You can test it here:
Your connection grade will be displayed after 30 seconds. We recommend a grade of B or better.
If your connection passes the speed and quality requirements, you're good to go.
