I use Outlook, and tried to join a meeting from an invitation, but it says my browser isn't supported.

If your default browser is Internet Explorer or MS Edge, when you click 'Join meeting' from Outlook it will attempt to load SuiteBox in that browser (which is not supported). We suggest changing your default browser to either Google Chrome, though you can also use Firefox.

To do this for Chrome, simply load a Chrome window. It may ask you if you want to set it as the default browser. If it does ask, simply allow it to do so. If it doesn't ask, please take the following steps.

  1. Look to the top right of the Chrome window.
  2. Click the button with three lines.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. On this page, look for a button that says "Make Google Chrome the default browser". Click it.
  5. Then click "Load this page in Google Chrome", if prompted.
