How do I save or send a recording?

Once a recording is made and saved within a SuiteBox meeting, you can access it from the meeting scheduler. Simply go to your Meeting Manager page, and select the meeting you created the recording from. You will see the meeting details page, which will list any recordings you've created while in that meeting.

You can also view your saved video recordings from the 'Videos' folder in the SuiteBox meeting room.

To share a recording, go to the Meeting Manager page, click into the relevant meeting; click 'Share', select one (or multiple) recordings from the list, confirm your recipients email and then click 'Send'. They will receive an email containing links to those recordings, and those links will remain active for 24 hours.
