I can't see the other participant, but I can still hear them.

Suitebox will prioritise the audio signal over the video signal if it detects your connection is struggling to keep up with the video meeting. In this event SuiteBox knocks out the video signal to ensure audio is maintained until there is sufficient bandwidth to reinstate the video signal. You will be able to tell due to the 'low bandwidth' icon appearing before the video cuts out. If you can still hear the other user, you have entered audio-only mode. This will naturally resolve once bandwidth improves.
