Our clients are stuck behind firewalls. How do they get through?

Suitebox attempts to dynamically negotiate firewall friendly ports, and private network firewall configurations are unlikely to cause issues.

However, with a high security firewall, such as those found in corporate environments, you may have to ask that your IT team open certain ports. To check if you are currently blocked from using SuiteBox, you can run this simple test

If you see 4 green ticks then you are good to go.If you find the test fails or you don’t receive 4 green ticks then please ensure TCP port 443 is open to outbound SSL and non-SSL, and whitelist *.tokbox.com and *.opentok.com domains.
