I can't sign/log in

There is an known issue that prevents user from logging/signing in to their suitebox account, even if the username and password is correct.

If you entered your username with a/some letter/s capitalized, the system will detect that there seems to be a username-password mismatch.

To correct this, make sure you enter your username with all letters on lower case. This way, you don't have to go through the reset password step and having to change your existing password key.
