How do I clear my cache?

We are currently experiencing an issue where some browsers have cached files from a previous version of SuiteBox. This can cause certain features to not function correctly, such as file transfers. To prevent this in your meeting, we advise you to clear your cache before joining your meeting room.

You may want to ask your client to clear their cache if they have previously joined a SuiteBox meeting. 

If you are already in a meeting, and experiencing trouble, please refresh your meeting after following the steps below.

 

In Chrome: Click the menu button on the top right of your Chrome window. Click History, then click History in the new menu as well. This will bring up the history page.

You can also get to this page using the shortcut ctrl-H. 

Once on this page, click Clear Browsing Data. You will want to deselect everything from the tickboxes except for Cached Images and Files. Make sure the dropdown list says "From the beginning of time", then click Clear.

In Firefox: Click the menu button on the top right of your Firefox window. Click the History icon, then Clear Recent History. On the new window that appears, you will want to deselect all the tick boxes except for Cache. Make sure the dropdown list says "Everything", then click Clear Now. 

In Internet Explorer: Click the gear icon on the top right of your IE window. Click Safety, then Delete Browsing History. You will want to deselect all the tick boxes here, except for "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data". Ensuring those two are selected, please click Delete.
